CATIA Support Engineer
IS Administration Support:
Daily monitoring, troubleshooting & administration of business applications including:
o Technical leadership in support of IS engineering systems related to Computer Aided Design (CAD) o Strong understanding of integrating CATIA V5/V6, 3DEXPERIENCE applications including licensing into production environments.
o Create and test deployment scripts and application patches.
o Troubleshoot application issues.
Work with end users and other supporting IS departments to define, reproduce and countermeasure issues.
o Ability to create / maintain standardized processes.
o Manage environment using Toyota's Change Management Process.
o Support emergency application changes or business requests.
o Create detailed / clear documentations & problem reports.
o Provide off-hours support as needed, both onsite & remotely.
o Daily time management and accurate time reporting.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS o Engineering application support Like CATIA V5/V6, 3DEXPERIENCE and etc.
o Hands on experience with Linux/Unix o Experience creating and modifying scripts or applications to perform tasks using Powershell, bash, batch etc.
o Strong knowledge of network like DHCP, DNS, F/W, NAT and so on.
o Hands on experience with Active Directory Domain Services o Experience monitoring web server system components o Must be a self-starter and be able to follow & enforce defined division processes.
o Must work well within a diverse integrated team environment.
o Excellent organization & time management skills in addition to a high level of problem solving and analysis.
o Ensure exceptional customer service & support with prompt problem resolution & follow-up for local and remote end users.
o Experience with ServiceNow is a plus, but not required.
o Experience with AWS is a plus, but not required.
o Strong written and spoken communication skills o Proficient in Japanese is plus o Ability to travel up to 35%.
