JOB DESCRIPTIONTrack and manage operating and capital projects, budget, and system access for Research and DevelopmentPerform routine daily tasks including data upload/download, user access and security control.
Set up operating and capital projects in SAP, assign to appropriate division, release budgetPerform month end closing activities, including journal entries (SAP) and reconciliations and support financial statements preparationFollow up R&D departments to ensure accurate project dataBe the point of contact for project setup and access control support questions from departmentsSummarize and support data clearly and concisely as requiredSupport financial forecasting, reporting & operational metrics trackingSupport fixed asset management duties periodically including budget forecasting and asset releaseAd hoc management reporting and presentationsRequirements:
Initially this position will work 100% on site during training (up until possibly mid October).
After that he/she will work 6 days per month Oct-Dec onsite & 3 Days a week onsite starting in January.

years of professional level experience in project management or accountingHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, charts/pivot charts- must)Demonstrated competency in problem solving & data analysisDemonstrated ability to summarize and report financial data concisely for managementComfortable with daily follow-up of other departments to maintain up-to-date project data accuracy and accessDemonstrated high level of conscientiousness and attention to detailWorking knowledge of SAP, Ariba plusWillingness and ability to learn proprietary budget and project management softwareAbility to prioritize tasks independentlyAbout the Company:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
