- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the ER system - Manage patient records and update information as necessary - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Collect payments from patients and provide receipts - Assist with billing and financial inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience.
This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday.
