The Shipping Receiving Lead will manage both the shipping and receiving clerks while also effectively fulfilling all manufacturing requirements and maintaining shipping material and finished goods inventory.
Being detail-oriented and completing responsibilities with high accuracy are key factors.
Responsibilities of the Shipping Receiving Lead:
Verification and shipping of finished goods to the customer.
Verify and transfer products from production to finished goods.
Entering shipment and product transfers within the MRP system.
Overall control of finished goods inventory items, using UPS, DHL, and FedEx shipping and tracking software.
Completing shipping requests by effectively communicating with various internal departments and assisting them as needed.
Responsible for verification and receiving of raw materials into the MRP database.
Coordinate receiving of critical shortages and ensure they are received first and delivered to production.
Requirements of the Shipping Receiving Lead:
