- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Transcribe notes and documents as needed - Provide administrative support to other staff members as requested
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is required - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality We offer competitive pay based on experience.
