In this leadership role, you will manage the direction, development, and execution of the customer service function for this site.
The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of program management for the site, serving as the liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.

Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
Drive business growth to existing customers, monitor and drive customer satisfaction.
Establish realistic commitments internally and externally.
Managing build priorities internally with cross functional teams, in support of Customer Service.
Manages process readiness by driving effective meetings with both internal and external teams.
Ensuring performance on key business metrics achieve business objectives (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management escalations, etc.

Associate or Bachelor's Degree 3
years of Customer Service, Account Management, or technical project or program management experience.
Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Industry a plus.
Strong analytics and reporting/presentation skills.
Team player, strong written & oral communication skills.
Prior management experience leading and developing teams.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
