Evangelical Homes of Michigan (EHM) is a multi-faceted health and human service organization that provides health care and home based services as well as housing to older adults and their families throughout southeast Michigan. Founded in 1879, EHM is one of the largest nonprofits of its kind and one of the oldest in the state, serving more than 3,200 older adults annually.
Position Overview:
We are eager to welcome a new, half-time Massage Therapist to our team; servicing both clients from our Brecon Village Independent and Assisted Living campus, along with our Evangelical Home - Saline health and short-term rehabilitation facility.
As the Massage Therapist, it is your responsibility to assist in operating the Wellness Program and its established objectives, standards, policies and procedures throughout the community, while partnering with inter-departmental personnel to identify and achieve the set goals of the program and the community.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
Assist in operating and coordinating the wellness program and its services for the Brecon Village campus and Evangelical Home -Saline health and rehabilitation facility.
Partner with clients/residents, family members and/or internal personnel to develop wellness programs and goals that best meet the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of the resident/client.
Conduct and assistEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
