Proven experience in developing system requirements, designing, and prototyping; testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Ability to present and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Must be able to support multiple sub projects and iterations with several working groups simultaneously.
Ability to weigh various suggested technical paths against original business needs and recommend the most cost-effective solution based on timing and other priorities.
Consistently and constructively solicit, clarify, and acknowledge individual perspectives, feedback and opinions with open-mindedness and flexibility; making adjustments as appropriate to approach, scope, time, and resources.
Self-motivated, drives to closure.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst / project manager with preferred experience in human capital management disciplines.
PMP or other advanced certification/degree highly desirable.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
